Shipping, Refunds, and Returns
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
Standard delivery within the continental US generally takes about 7-10 business days while Expedited delivery can take up to 7 business days.
International shipping may take 10-15 business days, depending on the destination and the time necessary to clear customs. We're not responsible for custom delays.
Note that international shipping may require customs fees, taxes, and processing fees on delivery.
Our fulfilment center in California operates during regular business hours and is closed on weekends and on holidays. As a result, orders received outside of business hours are processed the following business day.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened, must be in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
Note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable, but we will refund your original shipping charges if you return an item due to an error on our part; a defect that we have previously determined; or a discrepancy in the order (wrong product, wrong flavour, etc.).
** Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. **
To start the return process:
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org your full name, your order number/, receipt/proof or purchase, full name of the product and the reason for the return.
- Once verified, a Myers Cocktail Inc./Myers Cocktail Oral Therapy team member will send you details to return the product/s.
- Print and attach the Return Label. ALL FREE promotional items (t-shirts, shaker cups, samples, etc.) must be returned if an original order is returned for a full refund. No full refund will be given if these promotional items are not returned, in great condition.
- To keep track of the return, save a copy of the tracking number. This will be provided for you. Please note any extra shipping fees are to be paid by the customer and not the company.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-12 business days.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Unfortunately, after you have confirmed your order, the order process begins and we cannot cancel or change your order or order details.
Our system is designed to get your orders processed and sent to you as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.
